What we use and why
We use your email, optional name, subject and message to answer contact enquiries. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to questions; a privacy-rights request is handled under the applicable legal obligation. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary identity documents.
For development updates, we use your email and language only after your separate consent and email confirmation. This form is for people aged 16 or older. You can unsubscribe using the link in the confirmation email or by writing to info@rhfinals.com. We record confirmation time and the consent wording version while the subscription is active. There is no account registration on this site.
We do not load analytics, advertising trackers or third-party videos automatically. Choosing a language stores your preference. Cookies explains this storage and optional YouTube playback.
Providers
The site and its storage run on DigitalOcean infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. Mailgun delivers messages through its EU service with open and click tracking disabled. When email delivery is enabled, contact messages go to our support mailbox. These providers process the information needed for hosting and delivery. Provider support or subprocessors may involve transfers outside the EEA; the exact contractual safeguards remain to be verified before production publication. Contact us for the current information. Fantasy and RH Stats have separate services and notices.
If contact delivery through Telegram is enabled, your optional name, reply email, subject, message and language are sent through our bot to the operator’s private administrator chat. Telegram processes those messages for delivery. Chat copies need manual deletion within the same 12-month contact retention period; this process and Telegram’s transfer safeguards must be verified before production publication.
Retention
Contact enquiries are deleted after 12 months. An unconfirmed signup expires after 24 hours and is removed within seven further days. Confirmed waitlist records stay until you unsubscribe or the game launches, whichever comes first. At launch, any further subscription requires a separate choice. The planned limits for technical logs and backup copies are 30 days; backup retention and deletion on restore must be verified before production publication. The application does not log form bodies.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and applicable portability, object to applicable processing, or withdraw consent by emailing info@rhfinals.com. You may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about form submissions.
Newsletter and email preferences
Newsletter signup uses separate consent and email confirmation. RH Core stores your email, selected email language, RH Finals/Fantasy/RH Stats topics and newsletter or game waitlist choices. New articles are sent only for your selected topics and language. Contact messages do not subscribe you. You can request a private link on the email preferences page to change these choices or unsubscribe from all marketing emails. GET links do not change your subscription. Confirmed newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe. Confirmation and preferences links expire after 24 hours; expired tokens and delivery jobs are removed within seven further days. Branded acknowledgements and subscription emails are delivered by Mailgun with open and click tracking disabled. Contact enquiries reach the operator through Telegram. Subscriptions are guest records, separate from Fantasy and Stats accounts.
